Refund Policy

         Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Refunds are available for products purchased directly from our website.
  • Products must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation intact.
  • If the product is damaged or defective, a refund will be provided after verification by our team.
  • For products worth under ₹2000, a ₹150 deduction will be made for return shipping charges.

         Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your product.
  • Products should be returned in original packaging, including all accessories.
  • After the product is returned and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method for prepaid orders, or to your bank account for COD orders.
  • Processing refunds may take 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.

         Exclusions:

  • Used or installed products are not eligible for a refund.
  • Items that have been tampered with, damaged, or repaired by unauthorized personnel will not be refunded.
  • Items purchased through third-party retailers or marketplaces are not eligible for this refund policy.

Replacement Policy

         Eligibility for Replacement:

  • Replacement is available for products that are defective or damaged during shipping, or if the wrong product was delivered.
  • A request for replacement should be made within 2 days of receiving the product.

         Replacement Process:

  • To initiate a replacement, contact our customer support with order details and the issue description.
  • If eligible, we will arrange for a replacement. Products should be in their original condition, undamaged, with packaging, accessories, and documentation.

         Exclusions for Replacement:

  • No replacement will be accepted for subjective issues like performance or color shade differences.

Cancellation Policy

       Eligibility for Cancellation:

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
  • If your order has not been shipped, cancellation is possible at any time for a full refund.
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is only possible if you reject the delivery at the time of receipt.

        Cancellation Process:

  • For prepaid orders, refunds will be issued after the product is returned to us and inspected.
  • Cancellations must be communicated through our customer support team as soon as possible.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Products that are not in their original condition or have been used.
