However, the warranty is valid only if the product has been stored, handled, and maintained according to the instructions provided in the user manual.

No Warranty on Certain Products: Products such as BeComfy cushion cover and Becomfy Accessories are not covered under any warranty.
These products are excluded from warranty due to their specific use cases and limitations in terms of materials.

Misuse, Accidents, and Improper Care: Any damage caused by improper handling, accidents, or failure to follow the guidelines in the user manual is not covered.

Normal Wear and Tear: Natural aging of the product, including scratches, fading, or wear due to regular use, is not covered.

Alterations or Repairs: Any modifications, repairs, or alterations made to the product outside of BeComfy’s authorized repair centers will void the warranty.

Damage from External Factors: Our warranty does not cover damage caused by environmental factors such as water, fire, acts of nature (e.g., floods, earthquakes), or power surges.

Improper Use: Products used in a manner inconsistent with the user manual (e.g., using the product outside of the recommended environment or for purposes it is not intended) will void the warranty.
How to File a Warranty Claim:
If you believe your BeComfy product qualifies for a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

Submit Your Claim: Contact our customer service team through our official website or customer support hotline. Provide details about the defect, along with proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.).
